At Dove Dental Clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or reschedule appointments and how cancellations affect any payments made.
1. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
We understand that plans change. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request that you inform us as early as possible so that we can offer the slot to another patient.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

- For appointments booked online, the same contact options apply for cancellation or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation of Paid / Online Bookings
If you have made a payment online while booking an appointment or treatment, the following applies on cancellation:
- Cancellation 24+ hours in advance: Any advance or consultation amount paid is eligible for a full refund, or it can be adjusted towards a future appointment, as per your preference.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: A portion of the amount may be retained to account for the reserved clinical time, at the discretion of the clinic.
- No-show: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the advance amount may be forfeited.
All eligible refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellations by the Clinic
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to a doctor's unavailability, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- We will notify you as early as possible and offer the earliest convenient alternative slot.
- If you have made an online payment and do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, to avoid inconveniencing other patients, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Significant delays may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Emergency Situations
We recognise that genuine emergencies and sudden medical situations may make it impossible to provide advance notice. In such cases, please contact us at the earliest opportunity, and cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of the clinic management.
