Booking Appointments

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
Cancellations and No-Shows
- We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments
- Emergency situations are exempt from cancellation policies
Late Arrivals
